When I came to you the front of my legs hurt me so
bad but some how you removed that and there were times you found places in my body that was hurting that I had forgot about was hurting. It is amazing our cells retain our hurt and pain in our bodies and needs to desperately be remove an release so we can be relaxed and happy again. The deepness i would go sometimes were great and I came out of it more relax and felt the weight of emotions held within my cells of my body gone. Of course we have an life time of emotions held within us and most of course are not good experiences.
